What do you really do?

Hello roundtable, it’s been awhile yet again. Nice to see everyone again virtually. Where have I been you asked? Let’s just say March didn’t end great and it’s spilled over into April. However, I will not be defeated and this just fuels my determination even harder. Which brings me to my topic at hand what do you really do when it seems as if everything is going wrong and you want to ball up and cry, but you know you can’t. What do you really do?

See my family has been hit hard over the last few weeks and although I want to say it’s someone else’s fault we had to play in it too, not big, but still played a part. See the only way to really get through a situation is to check and admit when you’ve played a part. I understand that not everything that happens to you is you, but with that same breath not everything that happens to you is someone else’s fault. We have to own our stuff, if you procrastinated on something that needed to be done, then own it. If you didn’t do what you said you were going to do than own it when someone gets upset that you fell short.

See some things are out of our control and that’s life, but there are some things that we can control and we don’t. Yes, you may do everything correct and it still will not work out the way you wanted, that’s life, but do we always? Sometimes we just have to know that when that door closes it wasn’t meant for us because no door would ever close that was intended for you. I initially got upset about some of the things we were going through, but then I had to sit back and know that God will always be God and I don’t care what the situation looks like in the end it will work out for our good.

Now I’m not trying to hit you with a spiritual post or change your religion, you believe what you want, but as for me and my house we will serve the Lord and we know where I help comes from. Do we get it right all the time? No! We’re human and we procrastinate, take on too much, forget things however, we continue to pray and trust that it will work out. Trust me when I say this has been a trying of our faith, but when I see that Lord is my shepherd I shall not want I honestly let out a breath and smile because I know it will work out.

I apologize for this long post, but I want to know what do you do table when things look bleak? When the money becomes a problem and you don’t have enough? When things are being taken and you’ve done all that you could do? When you can’t find a job? Or whatever you’re issue is. What do you do? Let me know table but keep it respectful. See you at the next discussion.
