Favorite Holiday Movie

Hello table! Welcome back to the table. So happy to see everyone back at their spots (virtually). What has been going on with everyone? One at a time please. Well I can definitely give you this update, now I don’twant to toot our horn just yet, but Dallas is back in the playoff picture. Some say we could even win our division: clap, clap, and clap. Oh now don’t be like that all you haters (Eagles, Redskins and anyone else that dislikes us), we didn’t say anything when the Eagles won last year. Let us ride on our horse for a while especially since we did come from a 3-5 record. Anyway enough about the BOYS!

Let’s talk some holiday cheer. As we all know Christmas is by far my favorite time of the year, but we already knew that read my previous blog, so quite naturally I have my favorite holiday entertainments.

Yes I love watching holiday movies and man do I have a few. Let’s see: How the Grinch Stole Christmas (Jim Carey) version has to be one of my favorite movies. Jim Carey was the perfect person to play the Grinch and it was funny on different levels while teaching a lesson. Love, love, love it!  I would than default back to the Christmas Story. Now I don’t why I love watching this movie, but I look for it around the holidays. Like your holiday isn’t complete unless you’ve watched the Christmas Story at least four times, no really. I also really enjoy What a Wonderful Life, now talk about a good lesson. If you want to get a reality check about your life, watch it.

Now here are some honorable mentions: Best Man Holiday-this movie will have you in tears both from laughing and crying, A Miracle on 34thStreet- new or old version they’re both equally good, A Mickey’s ChristmasCarol- I said cartoon and Disney does a really good version of it. Oh let’s not forget A Charlie Brown Christmas-come on you know you can’t wait to see that tree, lol and last, but not least on my list is Elf. Now my son does not like this film, but I thought it was hilarious.

There are so many more, but these are my most notable ones. I probably have forgotten some other good ones, so let me know.

What is your favorite holiday movie, TV show or cartoon?

I can’t wait to read them and I’ll probably go and actuallywatch them too. Remember to keep it respectful. See you at the next discussion.
