Hey, Hey, Hey my fellow Knightly discussers. I know, it’s been a minute since I’ve been at the table and I bet I have missed some awesome tea. Well I know I have missed a lot of tea to serve, so let’s get started. First I want to let everyone know why I had to step away from the table for awhile. Well as we know the word says that your gift will make room for you and I left to enhance one of my many gifts. Now if you don’t know what I’m talking about just binge read a couple of my previous posts. They’ll get you all caught up! For everyone else I just want to go ahead and say the Lord has been good. Ain’t God good? You know the rest and if you’re correcting my words than you don’t know what we’re talking about.
Anyway, I have moved to a new job where my sole purpose is to write and take photos, hmm who would have thought. I was traveling all this summer and man when I tell you there was no time for the table, I truly mean that. The biggest quest that had me away from this table was completing my Master’s program to include a thesis. Now let me go on to say that if you have never wrote a thesis, than you’re blessed. I’m here to tell you that I wanted to quit so many times, but I was at the end, so it would have been crazy. My final was a 30 page thesis minimum, smh torture, but only because I have a life. I couldn’t just stop what I was doing to just write. Yes I stepped away from the table and put a hold on my book, but you can’t put a hold on being mommy and wifey. Anyway, she’s(referring to myself in the third) done and she will receive the degree in Sports and Health Science in two months. Clap your hands people!
Now what will I do with this degree you ask? Well do what anyone with a gift does, start her own business. Don’t worry when she launches it, you know you’ll be the first to know. Now before I leave I want to wish everyone a Blessed Labor Day and to be safe. Make sure you eat lots of BBQ. We might be silent for now, but it’s back to business as usual after the break.
